Welcome to Extra Spaces, a family-owned and operated business providing modern, insulated cabins for rent or hire across Manawatu, Horowhenua, Rangitikei, and Whanganui. Our cabins are perfect for small business offices, home offices, extra bedrooms, or storage, giving you professional, comfortable, and flexible space wherever you need it. We’re passionate about helping people start their first business, and our cabins make it easy to create the workspace you need — warm, dry, and ready to go

· Fully insulated walls, ceiling & underfloor

· On Skids not wheels

· Easy to heat

2. We will discuss your site and where you would like a cabin placed, visit if required to confirm the delivery fee costs.

3. Contract and payment is processed.

4. We deliver the cabin to site
