How are the cabins powered?

We supply a 15m long heavy duty lead with your cabin.

This can be plugged into any normal three pin power point in your home (or, if you are building, you can use the builders pole/box). We have multiple adapters available to suit.

Our cabins include:

· Electrical Compliance Certificate

· smoke alarm

· LED lighting

· RCD protection

How are the cabins constructed?

Our cabins are constructed using a galvanized steel chassis with steel framing.

Colorsteel clad exterior.

Earthwool Insulation in the ceilings and walls.

Expol insulation in the floor.

Plywood interior lining.

Double glazed door and window with tinted glass for added privacy.

Are the cabins double glazed?

Yes!

Double glazing is standard in all our cabins.

Are the cabins carpeted?

Yes.

Do the cabins have curtains?

Yes. Thermal backed curtains.

Or no curtains (when the cabins will not be habited).

Rental payment options?

Weekly or fortnightly in advance by direct credit.

Do you have a minimum rental period?

Yes.

Minimum 6 months for $85 per week (incl. GST)

Is there a delivery fee?

There is a delivery fee of $340 (incl. GST).

We will deliver the cabin anywhere within 50kms for this fee.

This fee also covers the collection of the cabin at the end of the rental period.

Do I have to pay a bond?

We do NOT take a bond.

To rent a cabin we just need the delivery fee and two weeks rental payment in advance… that’s it!

How do you deliver the cabins?

Cabins will be delivered on our custom-built trailer.

We need clear access of 2.8m wide and 4.0m high.

If we need to lift the cabin over obstacles, we can arrange for this at an additional cost. Please note we require minimum 5.5m wide clearance.

Do you need to visit our site prior to delivery?

If access is not clear or you are unsure, we will visit your site at no extra charge and confirm what the delivery cost will be.

How do you make sure the cabin is level?

Our cabins have durable steel skids (not wheels).

We will ensure these are level before we leave your site.

What colour are your cabins?

Our cabins come in a stylish gull grey cladding and grey friars roofing to blend in with the surrounding.

Do I need consent?

Our cabins are 8.64sqm (under 10sqm) so a consent is not usually needed.

We do however recommend you seek clarification from your local council before renting a cabin.
